The KD481DD universal self-tuning controller in DIN 1/16 (48×48 mm) size provides an affordable solution for simple and complex control and indication tasks.
The device has built-in and optional accessories, also larger control and monitoring tasks are no problem.
The large LED display, which is clearly visible from a distance, gives you instant access to the most important information.
Installation is simple, no tools are needed to mount it. Electrical connection is provided by detachable connectors. No screwdriver is needed to change the wiring.
It is simple to operate and can be adapted to the system in no time. Modifications can be made during operation without having to stop the regulation and control.
Adjustments can be made via a communication channel from a computer. Full access from a computer is possible, thanks to the free process-visualisation software and built-in DirectLink connection. Everything can be adjusted in the controller through the available communication links (RS232, RS485, Ethernet, WIFI and DirectLink).
Configuration menu system structure. Selective and sensitive menus provide access only to the menu items required for a given setting. There are no unnecessary settings and no settings that do not work correctly. The menu and management can be customized for use in many layers, password protected for secure operation.
Its small size and quick connections simplify the controller's installation. The water and dust resistance IP67 (IP667) makes the device resistant to environmental influences.
The multiple computer connectivity options RS232, RS485, Ethernet, WIFI and DirectLink with MODBUS communication guarantee connection to process control systems. The program includes full-fledged virtual controllers, through which devices can be configured. Settings can be stored on the computer and can be restored to the devices at any time.
By linking the controllers (digital remote SP) together on the computer interface, it is easy to set up (dT)-cathode and multi-zone tracking controls without external computer devices.

The KD481DD controller is suitable for most regulation and simple control tasks. Based on customer feedback, the application possibilities are endless.
Its small size and IP67 (front panel) protection does not limit its use in dusty and wet locations.
The housing is made of Polycarbonate (bulletproof glass), which protects the device against external influences and is flame retardant!
Serial production can be accelerated by the cloning function of the device,
which is able to transfer itself (settings and programs) to another device, minimising the time spent on set-up.

The built-in off-line data logging provides enhanced security, as long as the controller is operational, the data logging exists, regardless of the existence of a computer connection.
